We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer / Senior Software Engineer with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, JavaScript, custom applications, workflows, integrations, and a good Java/Spring background.

Mandatory Skills

- 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Development

- Strong JavaScript programming

- Expert knowledge of ServiceNow APIs – GlideRecord, GlideForm, GlideAggregate

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow tables, relationships and query optimization

- Experience in custom ServiceNow applications and workflows

- Flow Designer / Workflows

- ServiceNow ITSM and ITSM Workspace

- UI Builder

- ServiceNow Integrations, REST APIs and DB integrations

- Experience with ServiceNow reporting and dashboards

- Robust Java/J2EE and Spring Framework experience

- RESTful Web Services & Microservices

- SQL and NoSQL databases

- Experience with JUnit, GitHub, Maven/Gradle

- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications, workflows and integrations

- Develop optimized solutions using ServiceNow JavaScript APIs

- Build complex queries using GlideRecord and GlideAggregate

- Manage ServiceNow table relationships and large datasets

- Develop scalable ServiceNow solutions and integrations

- Perform platform upgrades and maintenance

- Troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements

- Work on ServiceNow CMDB, Service Mapping and Performance Analytics

- Design, code, test, debug and document solutions

- Collaborate with stakeholders and globally distributed Agile teams

- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
