Role Description The Senior Site Engineer is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing end-to-end execution of sports infrastructure projects. This position includes planning and supervising day-to-day site activities, coordinating with design and project management teams, and ensuring adherence to technical specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.

Engineer will manage contractors and site staff, monitor progress against timelines, and resolve on-site issues to keep projects on schedule and within budget.



The role also involves conducting site measurements, verifying materials and installations, preparing daily and weekly reports, and supporting client interactions and handovers.

Engineer will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in construction methods, site processes, and project outcomes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in civil/site engineering, including project planning, site supervision, and quality control.
- Candidates should possess skills in construction management, such as contractor coordination, resource allocation, and scheduling.
- Candidates should possess skills in technical drawing interpretation and use of engineering tools or software relevant to construction projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in health, safety, and environmental compliance for in office operations.
- Candidates should possess skills in stakeholder communication, including reporting, documentation, and client coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in construction or infrastructure projects (sports infrastructure experience is an advantage).
- Ability to work on-site full time in Hyderabad, manage multiple projects, and lead teams effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality execution.
