We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Coordinator to oversee site coordination across multiple projects and lead a team of Site Coordinators.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, guide and mentor a team of site coordinators, contractors, vendors, consultants, and clients across multiple projects.
- Conduct & monitor site visits and allocate site responsibilities as required
- Review progress and ensure site coordinators follow up on issues and close tasks within the required timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants and other project stakeholders.
- Provide management with concise updates on project progress, critical issues, delays, and actions required.

What We Expect The Senior Site Coordinator should go beyond simply reporting problems.

Identify → Assess → Communicate → Problem-solve → Coordinate → Follow up → Close The ideal candidate should be able to understand what is happening at a site, identify what needs attention, determine who needs to act and by when, and ensure that it gets done.

Experience: 5+ years of industry experience.

Travel: Willingness to travel for scheduled site visits & projects across India.
