Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for an immediate joiner for the role ServiceNow Developer for our Hyderabad office.

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.

- Develop custom workflows, business rules, and integrations using ITSM, CSM, SSM, Financial Management, HRSD, FSM, or ITOM modules.

- Troubleshoot issues related to ServiceNow platform configuration and data migration.

- Provide technical guidance on best practices for implementing ServiceNow solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-8 years of experience in developing applications on the ServiceNow platform.

- Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.).

- Solid understanding of ITIL framework and its application in an IT environment.

- Experience working with multiple modules such as ITSM, CSM, SSM, Financial Management, HRSD, FSM or ITOM.
