Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and deploy ITSM solutions on ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement changes using ServiceNow tools.
- Develop custom scripts and integrations to automate workflows and improve efficiency in IT operations.
- Provide technical guidance to junior team members on ServiceNow best practices and troubleshooting.
Job Requirements :
- 5-7 years of experience in developing ITSM solutions on ServiceNow platform.
- Robust understanding of CSM (Customer Service Management) module in ServiceNow.
- Experience with portal development, integration, and scripting languages such as JavaScript or other relevant technologies.
