We are looking for a Senior SEO Expert with robust experience managing SEO strategies for B2B, IT, SaaS, technology, and professional service businesses.

The ideal candidate should understand that B2B SEO is not only about increasing traffic or rankings. The primary objective is to attract the right decision-makers, strengthen search visibility across the buyer journey, and generate qualified business opportunities.

You will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies across multiple client accounts, working closely with content, development, PPC, and account management teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for B2B, IT, SaaS, and technology clients.
- Conduct detailed keyword research based on search intent, buyer journey, industry, services, and commercial opportunities.
- Build keyword and content strategies targeting TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU searches.
- Optimize service pages, solution pages, industry pages, use-case pages, comparison pages, product pages, and thought-leadership content.
- Perform complete technical SEO audits and coordinate implementation with development teams.
- Monitor website crawling, indexing, canonicalization, internal linking, redirects, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and other technical SEO factors.
- Develop content briefs and provide SEO recommendations to writers and content teams.
- Create strategies for improving topical authority and organic visibility within competitive B2B industries.
- Identify content gaps and competitor opportunities using tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog.
- Build effective internal linking and website architecture strategies.
- Develop high-quality backlink and digital PR opportunities relevant to B2B industries.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, leads, assisted conversions, and overall SEO performance.
- Analyze Google Search Console and GA4 data to identify growth opportunities.




- Prepare monthly SEO performance reports with actionable insights rather than only reporting rankings and traffic.
- Support website redesigns, migrations, information architecture, and SEO-friendly website development.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and evolving search behavior.

AI Search & Search Visibility The candidate should also understand the changing search ecosystem beyond traditional Google rankings.

Responsibilities may include

- Improving brand visibility across AI-powered search experiences.
- Optimizing content for Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, and other AI discovery platforms.
- Applying structured content, entities, schema, citations, and authoritative information architecture.
- Identifying pages and content formats most likely to receive visibility within AI-generated responses.
- Tracking and analyzing AI search visibility alongside traditional organic search performance.

Required Skills
- 5–8+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Strong experience working with B2B, SaaS, IT, technology, or professional services websites.
- Advanced understanding of technical, on-page, off-page, and content SEO.
- Strong understanding of search intent and B2B customer journeys.
- Experience working with large keyword sets and competitive markets.
- Strong knowledge of Google Search Console and GA4.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as:
- Ahrefs
- SEMrush
- Screaming Frog
- Google Search Console
- Google Analytics 4
- Keyword Planner
- Looker Studio
- Good understanding of WordPress and common CMS platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently audit websites and create actionable SEO roadmaps.




- Ability to communicate SEO recommendations clearly with clients, developers, writers, and internal teams.

Preferred Skills
- Experience managing international SEO campaigns, especially for the US, UK, Canada, Europe, or Australia.
- Experience with SaaS and enterprise lead-generation websites.
- Familiarity with schema markup and entity optimization.
- Experience with website migrations and large-scale technical SEO.
- Understanding of CRO and landing-page optimization.
- Knowledge of AI Search Optimization / GEO / AI Visibility strategies.
- Experience managing or mentoring junior SEO team members.

- How can the brand gain visibility across both traditional search and AI-powered search?
