Role & Responsibilities

Manage and drive multiple Scrum teams using Agile/SAFe practices.

Drive program schedules, dependencies, prioritization, and Plan of Record.

Manage program risks, issues, mitigation plans, and recovery actions.

Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.

Drive program metrics, executive reporting, and stakeholder communication.

Deliver complex automotive firmware/software programs within scope, schedule, cost, and quality.

Preferred Candidate Profile

812 years of experience in Scrum Master / Program Management roles.

Robust experience in Automotive Firmware, Embedded Software, or Semiconductor industry.

Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Agile, Scrum, and SAFe.

Knowledge of ISO 26262, ISO 21434, and ASPICE.

Strong technical understanding of software development lifecycle, risk management, and cross-functional stakeholder management.

Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
