We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise across the Salesforce platform, along with strong architectural understanding and the ability to work independently on end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop Apex (classes and triggers) and Lightning Components to support business requirements.
- Handle application development including Lightning Pages, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow automation, asynchronous Apex, and Salesforce APIs.
- Design technical solutions by applying industry best practices.
- Integrate third-party platforms and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Salesforce administration,



the Lightning framework, and Sales Cloud.
- Apply strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security controls.
- Work with middleware technologies (e.g., Talend), web services, and API proxies (e.g., Apigee, Salesforce).
- Independently implement end-to-end components with minimal guidance from Architects/Leads.
- Collaborate effectively with technical platform owners, requiring solid communication skills.
- Utilize Gearset or similar Salesforce deployment/CI-CD tools (preferred).

Requirements:

- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong technical architecture background with the ability to lead development efforts.
- Proven experience delivering complex, scalable Salesforce solutions.
