Title- Senior Salesforce Developer

Location- Banglore/Hybrid

- Experience: 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud

- Salesforce configuration and administration

- Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs

- Experience designing, building, testing, and deploying complex Salesforce solutions

- Strong Salesforce integration experience

- Agile experience with Scrum/Kanban

- Salesforce release management; CI/CD is desirable

- Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills

- Experience with platform maintenance, monitoring, and DataLoader

- Strong understanding of standard Salesforce functionality and best practices

- Advanced English communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

- Hands-on Salesforce development, configuration, testing, and deployment

- Translate business requirements into scalable and robust Salesforce solutions.

- Explore new Salesforce capabilities and develop POCs/prototypes where required.

- Optimize technical processes, development standards,



and documentation.

- Provide platform support and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

- Implement and maintain Salesforce integrations.

- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Identify technical risks and dependencies and support timely resolution.

Good to Have:

- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or Sales/Service/Experience Cloud Consultant

- Salesforce Security knowledge

- Marketing Cloud

- CRM Analytics, Agentforce, Data 360, and Customer Feedback Management

- Knowledge of additional Salesforce modules or AppExchange applications.
