Senior Salesforce Developer – Marketing Cloud & Experience Cloud

? About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled and certified Salesforce Developer with deep hands-on experience across Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud. This is a high-impact role where you’ll help design, develop, and scale personalized marketing journeys and customer portals that reach millions of users.

? Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage journeys using Journey Builder, Email Studio, AMPscript, and Automation Studio

- Develop and maintain Experience Cloud portals with Lightning Web Components and Apex

- Create and integrate REST/SOAP APIs between Salesforce and external systems

- Personalize communications using scripting and dynamic content

- Collaborate with global stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver solutions

- Follow best practices in code quality, security, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM)

- Document and maintain scalable, secure Salesforce components

✅ Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience

- Hands-on experience in Marketing Cloud or Experience Cloud





(Candidates with strong experience in either one and willingness to learn the other are welcome)

- EITHER
- Strong hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, AMPscript, Automation Studio)

- OR strong development experience with Experience Cloud (LWC, Apex, portal configuration)

- Willingness and ability to cross-skill into the other platform (MC or EC)

- Strong in Apex, SOQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

- Experience with Salesforce platform integration via APIs

- Comfortable working with North American teams across time zones

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Salesforce certifications highly preferred:
- Marketing Cloud Developer

- Platform Developer I/II

- Experience Cloud Consultant

- Familiarity with GA4, HubSpot, or Tableau CRM

- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments

- Understanding of security and data privacy best practices
