Responsibilities

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Salesforce developers.

- Architect scalable and robust Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and align with industry best practices.

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce enhancements and recent builds.

- Conduct code reviews, ensuring code quality, performance, and adherence to architectural standards.

- Oversee the entire development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch support

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and other technical teams to define technical strategies and roadmaps

- Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring the stability and security of Salesforce applications.

- Stay abreast of emerging Salesforce technologies and trends, recommending strategic adoption.

- Act as a technical subject matter expert for Salesforce, providing guidance and expertise on complex issues.

Required Skills & Experience





- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.

- Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist or Agentforce Innovator Badge

- Hands-on Experience in Agentforce POCs

- Proven experience in a technical leadership role for Salesforce projects.

- Deep expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.

- Extensive experience with Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security best practices.

- Proficiency in Salesforce integration patterns and experience with various integration technologies

- Clouds : Sales, Service , Experience Cloud

- Strong understanding of release management, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps principles in Salesforce.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for both technical and non-technical audiences

- Salesforce certifications, including Platform Developer II
