Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our Customer Integrations and Onboarding team. This role is a high-visibility position and a key contributor, responsible for delivering both new capabilities and enhancements to existing functionality. Development efforts will focus on a unified Salesforce Customer Onboarding Portal, designed to ensure high-quality data setup while enabling Sales teams to spend more time selling and less time on administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned Salesforce professional with a strong track record of designing, developing, and deploying robust, scalable Salesforce solutions (Leveraging AI Tools, User Feedback, and Personal Experience). This individual will work closely with the Product Owner and business stakeholders to define and deliver optimal solutions that align with business objectives.

Job Duties

- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to meet business requirements.
- Turn generic business requirements into optimal system designs and dashboards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives and deliverables.
- Customize Salesforce applications and develop custom objects, workflows, and triggers.
- Perform rigorous testing, creation and usage of automated testing scripts and troubleshooting to ensure seamless functionality and integration.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing applications and infrastructures.
- Document technical specifications and processes for future reference and training.




- Expert in active listening to ensure all development requirements are captured.

Additional Skills

- Proficient in Salesforce Lightning, Flows, Apex, Visualforce, Aura and native AI development tools.
- Familiarity with Salesforce integration patterns and tools (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft).
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail, ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, and business stakeholders.
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently, and report on status and planning of own work.
- Experience in validating requirements and mapping them to standard solutions.
- Openness to challenging the status quo and presenting innovative solutions
- Ability to work with integration and other system developers to ensure solutions meet end to end needs
- Ability to work within a quick-paced corporate culture, embrace change, and accept changes in late stage of development
- Familariarity working in an agile and scrum enviorment
- Proactive in identifying improvement opportunities in your areas of responsibility
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Experience in customizing Community/Experience Cloud is a definite plus

Education And Experience

- 10+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent work experience
- Salesforce Developer certification is preferred but not required.
