Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer / Technical Lead with strong expertise in Salesforce development, integration, customization, and solution design. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce integrations, and enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.

The candidate should be capable of working closely with business and technical stakeholders, leading technical discussions, resolving complex issues, and contributing across the complete software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, customize, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Develop high-quality, secure, and best-in-class code using Salesforce development best practices.
- Work across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) within an Agile environment.
- Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce applications.
- Design and implement Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, Streaming APIs, and Events.
- Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams for solution design and architecture.
- Act as a technical lead for Salesforce projects and provide technical guidance to development teams.
- Analyze and resolve complex and ambiguous technical issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture documents, and solution designs.
- Work effectively in large-scale enterprise environments involving Front Office and Back Office systems.




- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding and Salesforce development standards.
- Work with version control and repository tools such as Git.
- Support CI/CD-based deployment processes and Salesforce release management.

- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
- Experience in enterprise Front Office / Back Office application environments.

Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
