- Generate leads through calls, references, digital marketing, and field visits.

- Explain layout/project details, pricing, payment plans, and facilities to customers.

- Arrange and conduct site visits for prospective buyers.

- Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Negotiate with customers and close sales to achieve monthly targets.

- Coordinate with the documentation and registration teams for smooth transactions.

- Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.

- Monitor market trends and competitor projects.

- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

- Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma.

- Experience: 6-7 years in real estate / property sales preferred.

- Positive communication and negotiation skills.

- Willingness to travel for site visits.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Knowledge of local property markets will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
