Candidate Requirements

- Candidates must have retail industry experience.
- Experience in selling Personal Loans or Credit Cards is mandatory.
- Qualification: Graduation / HSC
- Strong sales and communication skills.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.

Working Hours

- Shift Window: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Working Hours: 9 hours per day
- Weekly Off: Rotational

Compensation

- CTC: Up to ₹30,000–₹32,000 per month in hand, depending on experience and suitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales of Personal Loans / Credit Card products.
- Generate and follow up with potential customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
