Job Summary

Rabbit Home Lifts is seeking a energetic and result-oriented Senior Sales Consultant to drive business growth across Karnataka. The role involves developing the market, generating sales opportunities, managing key customer relationships, achieving revenue targets, and establishing Rabbit Home Lifts as a leading brand in the region.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales growth and business development across Karnataka.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.

Generate new business opportunities through architects, builders, consultants, interior designers, channel partners, and direct customer engagement.

Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and commercial discussions.

Ensure timely follow-ups and conversion of leads into sales.

Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, architects, builders, consultants, and other stakeholders.

Develop and expand Rabbit Home Lifts' presence and market share in Karnataka.





Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure daily reporting of sales activities.

Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers and customer satisfaction.

Recruit, train, mentor, and manage regional sales team members as assigned by management.

Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and sales processes.

Represent Rabbit Home Lifts professionally and uphold the company's brand image at all times.
