Job Summary
Tathastu Resorts is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales Manager – B2B & Corporate to lead the sales strategy and client acquisition efforts in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate is expected to have a strong network within Mumbai corporate ecosystem. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and ensuring consistent revenue growth through strategic partnerships for corporate off-sites, wellness retreats, and group bookings.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute a B2B and corporate sales strategy tailored to Mumbai dynamic and tech-driven business landscape.
● Generate leads and convert corporate clients, corporate exposure is added advantage, event planners, and MICE agencies into long-term partners.
● Drive group bookings, wellness retreats,
and offsite events for companies across industries..
● Lead end-to-end sales efforts including proposal creation, presentations, negotiations, and closures.
● Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of experiences for corporate clients.
● Maintain updated CRM data, sales reports, and revenue forecasts.
● Represent Tathastu Resorts at industry events, corporate exhibitions, and networking forums in the region.
Preferred Profile
● Well-established relationships with travel agents and corporate procurement teams in Indore.
● Confident communicator and strong negotiator with a client-centric approach.
● Deep understanding of MICE business trends and high-value corporate contracting.
● Ability to work independently and deliver on regional sales targets.
