Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Own the end-to-end execution and publication of syndicate market research reports.

- Identify and evaluate high-potential market topics for new research studies.

- Define the report scope, table of contents, market segmentation, and research methodology.

- Conduct extensive primary and secondary research to gather market, technology, customer, and competitive intelligence.

- Perform market sizing, forecasting, data triangulation, and quantitative analysis using established research methodologies.

- Analyze market dynamics, growth drivers, restraints, opportunities, challenges, technology trends, and the competitive landscape.

- Ensure all reports comply with MarketsandMarkets' quality standards, research methodologies, and publishing guidelines.

- Support business growth by contributing to client proposals, responding to analyst queries, and assisting the sales team with research-driven insights.

- Develop thought leadership content, including whitepapers, blog articles, infographics, and other knowledge assets.

- Mentor and guide Research Associates and Junior Analysts on research methodologies, data analysis, and report writing.





- Review deliverables, provide constructive feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews to improve team quality and productivity.

- Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery of assigned reports.

- Collaborate closely with Research Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

- Deliver two syndicate market research reports per month in collaboration with junior research team members.

Requirements:

- 4–7 years of experience in B2B market research or syndicate research.

- Experience in market sizing, forecasting, competitive intelligence, and industry analysis.

- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong report-writing abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and market research methodologies.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple reports in a rapid-paced environment.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
