Strong expertise in BFSI, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance & Financial Domain Hiring. Experience in managing mid-level to leadership hiring mandates. Proven ability to handle stakeholder management, workforce planning, and recruitment strategy. Hands-on experience in sourcing through Job Portals, Linked In, Social Media, Employee Referrals, and Vendor Management. Must have experience in mentoring and leading a team of recruiters. Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, SLAs, hiring funnels, and reporting. Excellent communication, people management, and client engagement skills.
