Umang Consumer Products Pvt. Ltd. is the B2 C-D2 C arm of Umang Global Group. The consumer division focuses on building and scaling wellness and nutraceutical brands, combining in-house manufacturing capabilities with third-party partnerships to deliver end-to-end consumer products. The vertical is relatively new and operates in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
Role Overview
We are looking for an Assistant Manager – B2 C with 2-3 years of experience, who can drive structured execution while scaling the B2 C vertical from the ground up. The role spans operations, product development coordination, vendor management, regulatory compliance, marketing, and market research & analysis, with a solid hand in pricing strategy and overall business growth of the B2 C vertical.
Key Responsibilities
Product Development & R& D Coordination
• Coordinate with R& D teams for product development, formulation validation, and feasibility assessments
• Follow up with R& D for technical documentation, including COAs, product specifications,



and compliance requirements
• Track manufacturing progress with production teams and ensure timely execution of orders; coordinate procurement and availability of raw materials
Operations & Vendor Management
• Manage ongoing operations of an acquired consumer brand, ensuring continuity in processes and execution
• Support development and implementation of SOPs and structured workflows to improve operational efficiency
• Manage third-party vendors for capsule filling, packaging, and labelling activities; monitor vendor timelines and ensure adherence to delivery schedules
• Manage packaging material planning and coordinate with packaging vendors for timely supply
• Plan inventory allocation for Amazon FBA and D2 C channels; create Amazon FBA shipment plans
• Coordinate label development, including label & artwork finalization, specifications, and vendor alignment
