We are looking for a proactive, responsible, and operationally strong Clinic Manager to oversee the day-to-day functioning of the clinic and ensure smooth coordination between clinical, administrative, and support teams.

Job Summary

The Clinic Manager will be responsible for the overall operations and administration of the clinic, including team management, client experience, inventory and vendor management, facility management, attendance and discipline, process compliance, and operational reporting.





The role requires strong leadership, people management, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage a rapid-paced veterinary healthcare environment.

The Clinic Manager will work closely with Veterinarians, Veterinary Assistants, Front Office, Housekeeping, Administration, HR, Finance, and Management to ensure efficient clinic operations and a high standard of patient and client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Clinic Operations
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
- Ensure smooth patient flow, appointment coordination, and client handling.
- Monitor clinic opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure operational readiness of consultation rooms, OT, diagnostics, pharmacy, and reception areas.
- Coordinate with doctors, technicians, front desk staff, housekeeping, and vendors.

Team Management
- Supervise front office, housekeeping, support staff, and coord
