Role Overview

We are looking for a Sampling Coordinator to manage the complete sampling process from buyer requirement to sample approval, ensuring timely development and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate sample development as per buyer requirements and specifications.
- Follow up with Design, Production, QC, Merchandising & Sourcing teams.
- Maintain sample timelines, status, and approval records.
- Coordinate sample modifications and buyer feedback.
- Ensure samples meet required quality, finishing, colour, size, and design standards.
- Track sample costs,



material requirements, and dispatch.
- Maintain proper sample records and MIS.
- Ensure samples are completed and dispatched within committed timelines.

Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in Sampling / Product Development - preferred in Glass or Home Décor.:
- Valuable understanding of glass products, manufacturing, finishing, and quality.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, communication, and Excel skills.
- Experience with export buyers will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,547.29 - ₹33,649.12 per month
