Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
- Track market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Set sales targets and monitor individual and team performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Support team members in handling customer queries and closing sales.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure smooth business processes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and professional communication.
- Achieve assigned revenue, growth, and customer acquisition goals.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales,



or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a managerial or team-lead role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a sales team.
- Good knowledge of sales processes, customer relationship management, and market development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
