Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Business Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through bidding platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.)
- Execute LinkedIn marketing and outreach strategies to connect with decision-makers
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to support consistent revenue growth

Client Handling & Relationship Management
- Manage end-to-end client communication, requirement gathering, and solution pitching
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Handle client issues, escalations, and ensure timely resolution
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business

Team Management & Coordination
- Lead and manage a small team for lead generation and customer success activities
- Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement
- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members

Sales Strategy, Forecasting & Closing
- Develop sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Perform sales forecasting and pipeline management




- Prepare proposals, presentations, and close deals effectively
- Handle negotiations and objection management

Customer Success & Operations
- Ensure smooth onboarding and post-sales coordination
- Maintain SLA adherence and service quality
- Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain client engagement
- Ensure proper escalation handling and resolution process

Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain CRM with updated client interactions and deal status
- Track pipeline, conversions, and revenue metrics
- Share weekly/monthly performance reports with management

Experience: 2 -3 Years

Skills Required:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Business Development / Customer Success / Sales
- Solid experience in bidding, BD sales, and client handling
- Experience in team management and performance monitoring
- Strong knowledge of sales forecasting and pipeline management
