Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day tool room and graphite machining operations.
- Plan and monitor machining activities as per production requirements.
- Handle CNC/VMC machines, conventional machining, and tool-making processes.
- Ensure proper manufacturing, modification, and maintenance of tools, fixtures, jigs, and dies.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and tolerances.
- Monitor tool performance, tool life, and replacement requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores teams.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality of machined components.
- Identify machining issues and implement corrective actions.
- Minimize tool wastage, machine downtime, rejection, and rework.
- Maintain tool room records, inventory, tool history, and maintenance reports.
- Ensure proper machine maintenance, housekeeping, and adherence to safety procedures.
- Supervise and guide tool room operators and technicians.




- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and machining efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
- 4-8 years of relevant experience in Tool Room, CNC Machining, or Graphite Machining.
- Strong knowledge of machining processes, cutting tools, fixtures, and tooling.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T.;
- Knowledge of CNC/VMC operations, measuring instruments, and quality inspection.
- Positive team-handling, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in graphite machining will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
