Sales Executive - Point-of-Care Medical Devices

We are hiring a Sales Executive to join our growing healthcare startup. The role is focused on the on-ground sales of point-of-care (POC) medical devices, with a robust emphasis on meeting doctors and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic centres regularly.
- Demonstrate our POC medical devices and explain their features, benefits, and clinical use cases.
- Generate leads and identify potential doctors/clinics for the products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Drive product trials, follow-ups, negotiations, and conversions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage the sales process from initial doctor meeting through product purchase and installation.
- Gather market feedback and identify new opportunities for expanding the product portfolio.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.





What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in medical device, diagnostic, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sales is preferred.
- Solid communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with extensive field work and daily doctor visits.
- Existing relationships with doctors/clinics would be an advantage.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- 1-5 years of relevant sales experience preferred.
