About the Role

JP Agro Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Territory Business Manager (Seeds) to drive sales, market development, dealer/distributor relationships, and farmer engagement across the assigned territory in Uttarakhand.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Develop and implement territory-wise sales plans to increase business.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence.
- Generate demand for company seed products through regular market activities.
- Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions to achieve targets.
- Prepare regular sales and territory performance reports.

Dealer & Distributor Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key accounts.
- Identify and onboard current dealers/distributors to strengthen market coverage.
- Regularly visit channel partners to understand requirements and resolve business issues.
- Ensure product availability and effective stock movement across the territory.
- Follow up on orders, billing, dispatches, and outstanding payments.
- Implement company schemes, promotions, and channel programs effectively.

3. Farmer Engagement & Field Activities
- Conduct regular farmer meetings, crop visits, demonstrations, field days, and product promotional activities.
- Develop relationships with progressive farmers and local agricultural influencers.
- Generate farmer demand and create awareness about company seed varieties.
- Collect farmer feedback regarding product performance, germination, crop response,
