About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, schedule, and manage content across Labkafe's social media platforms.
- Develop engaging social media creatives, including static posts, carousels, stories, reels, and short-form videos.
- Design high-quality graphics aligned with Labkafe's brand identity and communication style.
- Create product and marketing design panels for furniture, wallpapers, interior products, and other relevant categories.
- Design visually appealing presentation panels, product panels, mood boards, catalog creatives, and promotional layouts.
- Create basic graphic design materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, posters, presentation decks, digital advertisements, and marketing collaterals.
- Edit, resize, adapt, and format creatives for different digital platforms and print requirements.
- Support the team with day-to-day graphic design requirements and ensure consistency across all visual communication.
- Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and use Adobe After Effects when required for motion graphics, animations, and creative enhancements.




- Create content calendars in coordination with the marketing and business teams.
- Stay updated with social media trends, formats, viral content, design trends, and platform updates.
- Use AI tools where appropriate to improve ideation, content creation, design, and workflow efficiency.
- Write or assist with engaging captions, hooks, and basic social media copy.
- Monitor content performance and engagement and identify opportunities to improve reach and interaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create campaigns around products, events, festivals, announcements, and brand initiatives.
- Ensure consistency in visual quality, messaging, and brand representation across all social media channels and marketing materials.
