Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B clients across IT, BFSI, manufacturing, healthcare, education, startups, enterprises, and system integrators.
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, references, channel partners, networking, and industry events.
- Understand customer infrastructure requirements and recommend suitable rental solutions.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and solution presentations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation, closure, and account development.
- Build relationships with IT Heads, CIOs, CTOs, Procurement Managers, Admin/Facility Heads, and business decision-makers.
- Coordinate with technical, operations, logistics, and finance teams for smooth order execution.
- Develop recurring rental business and expand existing accounts.
- Track market pricing, competitor offerings, and customer requirements.
- Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, CRM records, and regular business reports.
- Achieve monthly and annual revenue and margin targets.
- 2-6 years of experience in B2B IT hardware sales,



IT infrastructure sales, leasing/rental, or managed services.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure such as servers, laptops, desktops, networking, storage, and data center equipment.
- Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, negotiation, and closing.
- Solid communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable dealing with CXO-level and procurement stakeholders.
- Existing B2B/corporate client relationships would be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
