Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and commission Laser, Inkjet, Dot Matrix, Thermal, Barcode, Label, and Multifunction Printers (MFPs).
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to printers and scanners.
- Install and configure printer drivers on Windows and network environments.
- Configure printers over USB, LAN, Wi-Fi, and Print Server environments.
- Troubleshoot print quality issues such as paper jams, toner problems, image defects, and connectivity issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance and periodic health checks of printers.
- Replace consumables and hardware components including toner, drum, fuser, rollers, formatter board, power supply, etc.
- Configure network printing, shared printers, and IP-based printers.
- Coordinate with OEMs for warranty support, spare replacement, and escalations.
- Maintain inventory of printers, spare parts, and consumables.
- Record service calls, prepare maintenance reports, and update ticketing systems.
- Ensure adherence to SLA timelines for incident resolution.




- Provide technical assistance and user guidance on printer operations.
- Support large-scale printer deployments, relocations, and upgrades.
- Maintain documentation of installation, configuration, and maintenance activities.

Technical Skills
- Valuable knowledge of HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, Ricoh, Kyocera, Xerox, Samsung, Zebra, TVS, and other printer brands.
- Understanding of printer architecture and hardware components.
- Experience in troubleshooting:
- Network Printers
- USB Printers
- MFP Devices
- Thermal & Barcode Printers
- Knowledge of:
- TCP/IP Networking
- DHCP, Static IP Configuration
- Windows Operating Systems
- Print Servers
- Active Directory (basic)
- Remote Support Tools
- Familiarity with printer firmware upgrades and driver installations.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in AMC/FMS projects.
- Experience supporting enterprise printer fleets.
- Experience working with ticket
