Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the Human Resources department with daily administrative and operational tasks. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and talent management while providing valuable exposure to HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation activities.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in preparing employment documents, letters, and reports.
- Help organize employee engagement programs, training sessions, and company events.
- Support payroll and attendance record management (where applicable).
- Assist in HR policy documentation and compliance activities.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.




- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Human Resources and talent management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team workplace.

Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with HR practices and employment laws.
- Basic knowledge of HR Information Systems (HRIS) is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skil
