Account Executive - Bookkeeping Services (U.S. Clients)

Qualification:CA Inter (Fresher or Experienced) or B.Com/M.Com with 2-5 years of experience

We are hiring Accounting Executives for U.S. bookkeeping operations. This role is responsible for leading and supervising the team, overseeing daily accounting operations, reviewing financial transactions, and ensuring the accurate and timely closure of books. The Account Executive will work closely with the Assistant Manager to maintain service quality, meet client expectations, and drive operational excellence

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the team handling day-to-day accounting activities for U.S. clients.
- Allocate work, track progress, and ensure the timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Monitor team productivity and ensure adherence to quality standards and turnaround times.
- Review accounting transactions posted by team members for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Review bank, credit card,



and balance sheet reconciliations prepared by the team.
- Drive month-end and year-end financial closing activities and ensure that books are closed accurately within established timelines.
- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies, reconciliation issues, and process gaps.
- Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance across all deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with the Assistant Manager to achieve operational goals and ensure client service excellence.

Desired Skills
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting, and financial reporting.
- Experience in reviewing and managing the work of team members.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and any accounting software.
