What You’ll Be Doing:
- Partnering with our client to lead the design and build of user experiences using modern web development technologies. You will manage a team of UI engineers and collaborate with key contributors to deliver high-quality software within client environments.
- Contribute to the Interactive Practice within Lab49 by sharing best practices and driving a culture of high-quality UI engineering and contemporary development standards.
- Act as a hands-on engineer and architect supporting initiatives from small features to complex systems. Lead projects, mentor teams, and collaborate with other practices to ensure successful delivery.
- Support backend development using Java (e.g., Spring/Spring Boot) to build and maintain RESTful services, business logic, and integrations with enterprise systems and databases.
