We are looking for an experienced skilled who can independently handle the complete Government Business cycle, including Government Tendering, GeM Portal, Tender Participation, Order Execution, Documentation, Billing and Payment Follow-up.

Key ResponsibilitiesGovernment Tendering & GeM
- Identify and monitor relevant Government, PSU, Central/State Government and institutional tenders.
- Handle the complete tendering process from tender identification to order award.
- Manage and participate in GeM Bids, Reverse Auctions and e-Tenders.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, BOQ, commercial terms and submission requirements.
- Prepare technical and commercial bid documents as per tender requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of bids before the deadline.
- Monitor tender corrigendums, amendments, clarifications and revised requirements.
- Prepare tender compliance sheets, declarations, undertakings, affidavits and other required documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments for technical, commercial and statutory documents.




- Maintain proper records of all submitted, ongoing, awarded and unsuccessful tenders.

Commercial & Pricing
- Coordinate with the Sales, Finance and Management teams for pricing and commercial approvals.
- Prepare quotations, BOQs and commercial submissions.
- Analyze tender requirements and assess commercial viability and profitability.
- Participate in Reverse Auction / e-Bidding / price negotiations wherever required.
- Ensure compliance with EMD, PBG, security deposit and other financial requirements.

Order Execution & Documentation
- Track LOI/LOA, Purchase Orders and Work Orders received from government customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely order execution, supply, installation and commissioning, wherever applicable.
- Ensure all contractual and customer documentation is completed on time.
- Coordinate with government departments/PSUs regarding order-related querie
