About the Role
We are seeking a _Diploma Engineer Trainee_ to join our precast production factory in Ecotech, Greater Noida. This is an excellent chance for civil engineering diploma holders to gain in-depth, hands-on experience in the fast-evolving field of precast construction.

Key Learning Areas
Selected trainees will undergo structured, on-the-job training that covers the full lifecycle of precast concrete construction, including:
- Design & Engineering: Understanding the planning and structural design of precast elements like columns, beams, slabs, and wall panels.
- Production: Hands-on training in the controlled manufacturing of high-quality concrete components.
- Quality Assurance: Learning standard testing procedures, quality checks, and adherence to industry standards.
- Logistics & Erection: Exposure to the transportation, handling,



and on-site installation of precast elements.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Understanding the collaboration between design, production, and execution teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Skills & Requirements
- Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of _MS Office_ tools
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
