Position: Sr. Executive - Sales & Marketing

Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned.
- Develop and execute sales plans for the assigned territory/market.
- Identify current distributors, dealers, retailers, and business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key customers.
- Ensure effective product availability and market coverage.
- Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions wherever required.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on outstanding dues.

Marketing & Market Development




- Support the implementation of marketing and promotional activities.
- Develop strategies to increase product visibility, brand awareness, and market penetration.
- Coordinate with distributors and sales teams for promotional campaigns and schemes.
- Monitor competitor pricing, products, promotions, and market activities.
- Provide market feedback and suggestions regarding new products and business opportunities.
- Assist in planning and executing trade promotions, exhibitions, events, and other marketing initiatives.

Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and market performance reports.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer visits, orders, collections, and market activities.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, accounts, and other internal departments for smooth order execution.
