Job Description - Finance Coordinator

Finance Coordinator is someone who is mainly responsible for coordinating the vehicle finance process. She coordinates with financiers and the internal team to ensure that all finance-related activities are completed within the required timeline. The main tasks are to coordinate for finance payouts, ensure timely payments are received from financiers, manage vehicle delivery approvals and check the status of payouts.

Skills:
- A pleasant personality with others on the job and displaying a valuable-natured, cooperative, polite attitude.
- She should be careful about all the details related to vehicle finance and be thorough in completing work tasks.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Should be responsible for timely follow-up with financiers and internal teams.

Requirements:
- Should have a sense of responsibility.
- Should be staying a maximum of 45 minutes from the office.




- Should have good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in automobile finance / dealership finance will be an added advantage.
- Non-technical.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure *timely payments are received from financiers*.
- Coordinate for *Vehicle Delivery Approvals* from the concerned financiers.
- Coordinate and follow up for *finance payouts*.
- Check and verify the status of pending and received *payouts*
- Coordinate with the Sales Team and financiers for finance-related requirements.
- Follow up on pending finance cases and ensure timely closure.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
