Role Purpose

JP Agro Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Customer Support & Retail Coordination Executive to serve as a direct and responsive communication point for farmers and the retail network, providing timely assistance on product-related queries, seed availability, retailer information and basic crop/product guidance, while coordinating with the field and regional teams.

The role will help ensure that farmer requirements and market feedback reach the company quickly and accurately.





Key Responsibilities

1. Farmer Support
- Handle incoming calls from farmers in a professional and helpful manner.
- Understand farmer queries related to seed varieties, product availability, sowing, crop practices and general product information.
- Provide information based on approved company product and technical guidelines.
- Record farmer queries, complaints and feedback accurately.
- Escalate technical or serious crop/product complaints to the appropriate technical or sales team.
- Follow up with farmers until their queries are appropriately addressed.

2. Retail Coordination
- Maintain regular communication with retailers as required.
- Identify farmer demand for specific varieties/products and communicate requirements to the concerned sales team.
- Coordinate with retailers regarding product availability and farmer enquiries.
- Track important retail-level requirements and pending matters.
