HR Recruiter for Bus Services manages full-lifecycle recruitment specifically tailored to transit, fleet, and transportation operations, focusing on high-volume hiring for bus drivers, mechanics, and dispatchers.

Key Responsibilities

- High-Volume Sourcing: Find qualified commercial drivers (CDL holders), mechanics, and route supervisors using local job boards, driver referrals, and community outreach.

- Compliance & Safety Screening: Verify commercial driver's licenses (CDL), motor vehicle records (MVR), DOT physicals, background checks, and drug testing requirements.

- Interview & Assessment: Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate driving/skills evaluations with transit operations managers.

- Onboarding & Training Coordination: Guide current hires through safety orientations, route training schedules, and company policies.

- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate candidate data using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track time-to-fill metrics for urgent route staffing.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
