Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through bulk hiring, mass hiring, volume hiring, BPO hiring, and talent sourcing techniques.
- Lead a team of recruiters to achieve targets and ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
- Develop solid relationships with clients by understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all stages of recruitment.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2.5-6 years of experience in senior-level recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
- Proven track record in managing teams handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of IT industry trends, technologies, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate effectively with clients.
