Job Requirements :

- 3-8 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition in the chemical manufacturing industry.

- Proven track record of successful leadership hiring campaigns with a high volume of qualified candidates.

- Strong understanding of chemical manufacturing processes and regulations (e.g., OSHA).

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
