Role Overview: We are looking for a highly driven Senior Recruiter with deep expertise in hiring for GCCs. This role requires strong capabilities in executive hiring, stakeholder management, and proactive talent sourcing. The individual will play a key role in fulfilling client hiring mandates while ensuring high-quality talent delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Delivery

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior and leadership roles • Deliver on hiring mandates • Understand client requirements in depth and translate them into active hiring strategies • Ensure timely closure of positions with quality candidates

Executive Search & Headhunting

Lead executive hiring mandates, including niche and leadership roles • Identify, engage, and attract passive candidates through targeted headhunting • Build strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles • Maintain high conversion ratios through active candidate engagement Sourcing & Market Mapping • Leverage multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other meta platforms

Client & Stakeholder Management





Work closely with clients to understand hiring needs and provide consultative solutions • Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction • Provide regular updates, market insights, and hiring reports to stakeholders Candidate Experience & Engagement • Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process • Build long-term relationships with candidates and maintain talent communities • Conduct initial screening and evaluation of candidates Process Excellence • Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports • Ensure adherence to hiring SLAs, quality benchmarks, and compliance standards • Continuously improve sourcing strategies and recruitment processes

Key Requirements • 4–8 years of experience in recruitment • Preferable experience hiring for GCCs (Global Capability Centers) and/or Public Accounting Firms • Strong exposure to executive search and leadership hiring • Expertise in headhunting and sourcing through multiple platforms • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Preferred Qualifications • Prior experience in recruitment consulting / executive search firms • Strong network within finance and accounting talent pools • Experience handling multiple clients or key accounts
