Prepare and verify RA Bills / Running Account Bills for subcontractors and contractors.

Take and verify site measurements and maintain Measurement Books (MB).

Check quantities against approved BOQ, drawings, specifications and work orders.

Prepare quantity take-offs for RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, blockwork, plastering, flooring, waterproofing and finishing works.

Reconcile BOQ quantity vs. actual executed quantity vs. billed quantity.

Verify subcontractor bills and identify over-measurement, duplicate claims and billing discrepancies.

Prepare rate analysis for extra items and non-BOQ items.

Identify and prepare variation, deviation and extra-item statements.

Coordinate with site engineers, planning engineers, project managers and subcontractors for measurements and billing.

Monitor tower-wise / floor-wise quantities and billing progress.

Maintain records of certified bills, pending bills, deductions, recoveries and advances.

Assist in cost control and project commercial reporting.

Prepare monthly billing and quantity reconciliation reports.

Ensure billing is carried out strictly as per contract conditions and work orders.

Assist in preparation and closure of final accounts.





Coordinate with Accounts/Finance for bill certification and payment-related matters.

Maintain proper documentation for all measurements, bills, variations and approvals.

Required Qualification

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Strong knowledge of construction measurement, quantity surveying and billing.

Good understanding of RCC high-rise building construction and finishing works.

Proficiency in MS Excel is essential.

Knowledge of AutoCAD and billing/ERP software will be an advantage.

Valuable understanding of BOQ, rate analysis, contracts and variation management.

Experience

Preferred: 3–8 years of relevant experience in building construction, preferably in high-rise residential/commercial projects.

Candidates with strong hands-on experience in subcontractor billing and site measurement will be preferred.
