Senior Quantity Surveyor – Commercial Interiors

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior QS with 10+ years of experience in commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in project estimation, BOQ preparation, material costing, vendor coordination, and commercial interior execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate BOQs, estimates, and project cost sheets for commercial interior projects.
- Analyse drawings, specifications, and project requirements to prepare detailed quantities.
- Prepare rate analysis, material take-offs, and cost comparisons.
- Coordinate with the Design, Procurement, Execution, and Accounts teams.
- Review project drawings and identify quantity and cost implications.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for quotations, negotiations, and finalization.
- Monitor project budgets, variations, additional works, and cost changes.
- Verify vendor bills and subcontractor measurements against BOQs and work completed.
- Track material consumption and project cost against approved budgets.
- Support project teams in maintaining cost control and profitability.




- Conduct site visits when required to verify measurements and project progress.
- Prepare MIS reports, cost reports, and project financial updates for management.

Ensure proper documentation of BOQs, quotations, purchase orders, work orders, and billing..

Required Skills

-10+ years of relevant experience in commercial interior / turnkey projects.

- Strong knowledge of BOQ, estimation, quantity take-off, rate analysis, and costing.
- Positive understanding of interior materials, finishes, furniture, MEP, civil and allied works.
- Experience in handling large-scale commercial interior projects.
- Strong vendor and subcontractor negotiation skills.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and interior drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel; knowledge of project management/estimation software is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience Experience in corporate offices, commercial spaces, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or large-scale turnkey interior projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹13,603.04 - ₹51,930.00 per month
