Roles and Responsibilities :
- Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct quantity surveying activities such as estimating, billing, and cost control to ensure project profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Analyze contractual agreements and negotiate variations with clients or vendors as needed.
Job Requirements :
- 4-7 years of experience in quantity surveying engineering in the high rise construction.
- Solid knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, QS (Quantity Surveyor), and quantity surveying principles.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and prepare accurate reports on project progress.
