Role- Senior Python Automation & AI Agent Engineer
Must-have skills
Hands-on AI agent creation: orchestration, tool/function calling, prompts and workflow control
Strong Python and API integration
Ability to assess existing automation and reuse/refactor it as agent tools
Experience wrapping scripts, Selenium workflows or services behind APIs
Testing, debugging, logging and error handling
Git and technical documentation
Valuable to have
LangGraph, Semantic Kernel or Azure AI Foundry
Selenium
SharePoint/Microsoft Graph
Azure deployment and security
SAP, ServiceNow or Signavio integration
Key hiring expectation The person should not rebuild the automation unnecessarily. They should first assess the current scripts, identify reusable components, expose them as controlled tools/APIs, and create an agent layer for intake, orchestration, status reporting and approvals.
