About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python AI Developer with 4–6 years of experience in designing and building AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI, and Agentic AI technologies, with hands-on experience developing production-ready intelligent solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications using Python.
- Build and integrate AI/ML, NLP, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions into enterprise applications and business workflows.
- Develop and optimize applications utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents.
- Implement AI-driven automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Develop REST APIs and integrate AI services with existing platforms and products.
- Work with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Codex, or similar tools to enhance development productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI-first solutions and technical architectures.
- Participate in project estimation, solution design, and technical planning.
- Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of AI applications deployed in production environments.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Python development.

- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants including GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Codex, or equivalent AI-assisted development tools.
- Experience developing APIs and integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Knowledge of Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, Milvus, or FAISS.
- Experience in Prompt Engineering and LLM optimization.
- Understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol).
- Experience with AI Agent orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LangChain Agents, or similar.
- Experience deploying and monitoring AI applications in production environments.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Educational Qualification
- BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related engineering discipline.
- Candidates from IITs, NITs, IIITs, or reputed Government Engineering Colleges are highly preferred.
