Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Property Consultant for a full time, on-site role located in Bengaluru.

The Senior Property

Consultant will manage client interactions, provide expert real estate advice, and assist clients in identifying suitable residential properties.

Key responsibilities include understanding client requirements, arranging site visits, building strong client relationships,



and achieving sales targets. The role requires the candidate to maintain updated knowledge of the real estate market and developer offerings to provide credible, well-informed guidance.

Qualifications

- Proven expertise in Consulting, Real Estate advisory, and Sales
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Demonstrated ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Proficiency in building rapport and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Self-driven with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Experience in Bengaluru real estate market is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
