Position: Sr. Purchase Executive

Location: Mira Road, Thane, Maharashtra

Experience - 3 to 6 years of relevant experience.

CTC 6 to 6.5 LPA

Job Responsibilities

- Handle, RFQ, quotation comparison, negotiation and PO release.
- Prepare and release Purchase Orders (PO) as per approved requirements.
- Maintain strong follow-up with vendors for order confirmation, dispatch and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Stores, QA and Accounts for purchase requirements.
- Monitor pending POs and ensure on-time material delivery.
- Negotiate price, payment terms, delivery schedules and commercial conditions.
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.




- Resolve issues related to quality, quantity, delivery and invoice discrepancies.
- Maintain purchase records, PO status and MIS reports.
- Ensure timely procurement to avoid material shortage / production stoppage.

Required Skills

- Strong vendor follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of /PO process and procurement documentation.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/SAP.
- Manufacturing / Plastic Injection Moulding industry experience preferred.
