Job Summary The opportunity: Senior Project Manager-National-PAS WKFA-CNS - PC - Workforce Advisory - Current Delhi

Your key responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end programme delivery (initiation to closure) across large HR transformation engagements.

- Drive HR technology implementations (ATS, HRMS, ERP SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, Workday).

- Establish delivery governance, PMO frameworks, and reporting cadence.

- Manage multiple stakeholders (Client CXOs, HR leaders, internal teams).

- Ensure commercial management margins, scope control, change requests.

- Build and mentor delivery teams and project managers.

- Drive quality, risk management, and delivery excellence frameworks.

- Support business development & solutioning for new deals.

- Strong experience in HR technology transformation (ATS/HRMS implementations, digital HR).

- Expertise in:



Programme & portfolio management
- Agile / Hybrid delivery models
- Process transformation (Hire-to-Retire lifecycle)
- Data, reporting and analytics enablement
- Strong exposure to global delivery models and GCC environments.

- Ability to define standard methodologies, playbooks, and reusable assets.

- Experience in large, multi-country transformation programmes.

Qualifications

- Master of Computer Applications

- Master of Business Administration

- PG Diploma in Human Resource Management

- Post Graduate Diploma in Management

Experience

- Project Management (6+ years)

- Business Analysis (3+ years)
